Here is the view of the garage door before we installed a new one for this New Westminster homeowner. We removed their one piece door and disposed of it for them.

We installed this 10 x 7 Steel-Craft door in a Ranch Craft design. They chose single glazed clear glass in the top section. This garage didn’t have much headroom so we used double track which allows us to install the door in a tight spot. We always install weather stripping around the perimeter of the door to create more insulation. They also needed a new opener so we installed a new LiftMaster 8355W belt drive opener for them. The belt drive openers are a small amount more expensive but they ensure a quieter and smoother operation.
