This is the view before we installed a new garage door for this Tsawwassen home undergoing renovations.

Here is the after view. They chose a Clopay Coachman door with a white overlay on top of a white base for their 16 x 8 opening. We also installed a new LiftMaster 8500W Jackshaft opener. The 8500W is mounted on the side wall instead of the ceiling to free up head space.
