Single Spring Change in Delta With Track Damage

This view is of a broken spring in need of replacement in Delta.

Homeowner discovered broken spring during morning routine and his garage door didn’t fully open. As you can see in the photograph, the spring is broken. With close inspection you can see there is a gap in the spring. If you see your spring like this, please do not use your garage door motor. Call us so we can arrange an appointment to get your door back to working shape: 604-940-8918.

This view shows a track that is binding against the bottom fixture.

This picture shows that the track requires some adjustment to stop the noises that are occurring. With the adjustment of this the homeowner will be pleased to not hear the metal on metal sounds.

This is a view of a missing track bolt in the vertical garage door track.

This issue is quite serious. As you can see in the photograph, there is a track bolt missing which would be the reasoning for the track not being in alignment with the vertical track. The track overtime has been bent from the rollers hitting the misalignment. Our service tech has fully repaired the damage.

This picture shows that the installers 30 years ago were not required to have centre bearings. We have repaired this issue and have put in a brand new centre bearing.
