With this service call we were installing an opener for our customer in Surrey in the Vancouver area garage. Our customer had a Marantec Digital Entry keypad already installed on their garage door. Once the new Digital Entry keypad was installed outside their garage door we programmed the codes as required. General Service After Repairs
All garage doors should receive maintenance at least once a year to assure that the door is operating as safe as the manufacture designed. Our general service package assures that the door is properly balanced so the door does not injure or damage anything. The service technician will assure that the the door is properly lubricated, which means all bearings and hinges are thoroughly oiled. All fasteners are also tightened to assure a tight connection. The last check is too test the safety system making sure that the door is not dangerous.
